QA Endorsed Training and Accreditation Support
Kimberley is endorsed by the National Childcare Accreitation Council (NCAC) as a trainer to provide sessions to services about the accreitation process.

Step 3: Validation
An overview of the 5 steps of Quality Assurance
Kim can also visit a service and speak with staff together of individually about the accreditation process. This is benificial for new staff as they can ask questions and look through sample documents and validation reports to help their understanding of the process.
Services can also request Kim vist the service and observe the rooms and practises in preparation for accreditation. In the past, services who have recieved this report have found it very useful to know which areas need focussing on for the QA process.
